By becoming a member of The Sanctuary, you agree to the following Membership Agreement.

Our intention is to cultivate a sacred space rooted in Divine Love, remembrance, humility, personal responsibility, and the highest good of all involved.

1. Membership Access

Your membership provides access to the digital resources available within The Sanctuary during your active subscription, including but not limited to:

∞ Reflection Journals

∞ Reminder Cards

∞ Prayer Cards

∞ Live Gatherings

∞ Community resources

∞ Additional content added over time

Membership content may change, expand, or be updated at our discretion.

2. Personal Use

Your membership is intended for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Your membership may not be shared with others.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, record, publish, sell, teach, sublicense, or otherwise share any Sanctuary content without prior written permission from We Are Adonai LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

∞ Audio recordings

∞ Videos

∞ Channeled messages

∞ Courses

∞ Meditation recordings

∞ Journals

∞ Prayer resources

∞ Reminder Cards

∞ Prayer Cards

∞ Written materials

∞ Downloads

3. Intellectual Property

All content within The Sanctuary, including written materials, audio, video, graphics, artwork, branding, logos, original teachings, and other creative works, is owned by or licensed to We Are Adonai LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for your own personal spiritual growth.

Ownership of the content remains exclusively with We Are Adonai LLC.

4. Membership Billing

Membership fees are billed automatically according to the plan selected during enrollment.

You authorize recurring billing until your membership is cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for payments already made.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

By joining The Sanctuary, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Refund Policy.

7. Community Conduct

The Sanctuary is committed to maintaining a peaceful, respectful, and spiritually supportive environment rooted in Divine Love, kindness, humility, discernment, and mutual respect.

As a member, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the Community of Light Guidelines, which are incorporated into this Membership Agreement by reference.

Members are expected to engage with one another in a loving, respectful, and constructive manner.

If a member engages in behavior that is intentionally harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, disrespectful, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit and values of The Sanctuary, We Are Adonai LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action to preserve the safety, integrity, and well-being of the community.

Whenever appropriate, we will first reach out privately with a gentle reminder of the Community of Light Guidelines and offer an opportunity to restore alignment.

However, depending on the nature or severity of the behavior, We Are Adonai LLC may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend or permanently remove a member's access to the Community of Light or terminate their membership to The Sanctuary without prior warning if necessary to protect the community.

Examples of conduct that may result in suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

∞ Harassment

∞ Hate speech

∞ Discrimination

∞ Threats or intimidation

∞ Bullying or abusive behavior

∞ Repeated disrespect toward members or moderators

∞ Repeated disruption of the community

∞ Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of member-only content

∞ Fraudulent, unlawful, or illegal activity

Our intention is never punishment.

Our intention is to lovingly preserve a sacred community where every member feels welcomed, respected, encouraged, and safe to continue their journey of remembrance.

8. Spiritual Nature of the Membership

The Sanctuary exists to support spiritual growth, remembrance, and a deeper relationship with God, the Divine within, and the truth of who you truly are.

By participating, you acknowledge that all content is offered for educational, inspirational, and spiritual purposes.

You further acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Disclaimer.

9. Changes to the Membership

We may periodically update, modify, add, remove, or improve membership content, offerings, features, pricing, or policies as The Sanctuary continues to grow.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are Adonai LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in The Sanctuary.

By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to:
