When you hear or interact with someone that is behaving in a way that seems angry, frustrated, or stressed, know that they are showing you a part of you that is feeling that way towards yourself. It is also important to take into consideration that they are doing it to themselves. What you do to and for another you are doing to and for yourself. Your external experiences are mirrors of your internal experiences and beliefs. Everything is connected and there is no separation. Everything you experience is an opportunity to see it through the eyes of God & Heaven. Through the eyes of unconditional love.

Whenever you encounter people who are acting from a space that is not love, see it as an opportunity to allow love into the situation. Imagine them being filled with love and do the same for yourself. Be appreciative of them for they showed you a part of you that needs love and they showed you a part of themselves that need love. We are all connected. There is nothing that can take that away. We are all love down to the smallest microscopic atom. Bring it into everything. No matter the situation and watch everything transform. We love you exponentially.
